Oleg Borisovich Chen is a renowned Russian weightlifter and a two-time European Champion. Born on November 22, 1988, in Almaty, Kazakh SSR, Soviet Union, Oleg has been active in the sport since 2010. He has competed in the 69 kg weight category and has represented Russia at various international competitions.
